Determine income and adjusted-income shares; subtract the self-support reserve to find available income; determine each parent's basic obligation; add child care and medical support; calculate parenting-time credits; credit out-of-pocket child care and insurance; offset the parents' net obligations; apply minimum order, benefit credits, and rebuttal rules.
How income is counted: Actual or potential gross income from any source under OAR 137-050-0715. Actual and potential income may be combined; imputation depends on work history, qualifications, health, opportunities, and other listed circumstances.
