Determine each parent's net income; obtain base support from the Supplement schedules or equivalent formula; calculate each parent's income share; apply the §3.03 parental-time offset using annual overnights and the prescribed exponent/offset mechanics; add ordinary medical, health-care premium and child-care support components; apply minimum, incarceration and deviation rules.
How income is counted: The manual determines each parent's net income from all relevant earnings and other income, with detailed inclusions, exclusions, business-income treatment, imputation, taxes, mandatory deductions and adjustments.
