Combine annual Guidelines Income; apply the child-count-specific marginal percentage schedule by income bracket to obtain the basic monthly obligation; allocate proportionally by each parent's Guidelines Income; then apply custody, tax-benefit, medical and other permitted adjustments.
How income is counted: Guidelines Income is gross income before taxes, including income from any source, employment benefits and potential income, less the Rule 120 adjustments for support and maintenance obligations and qualifying children.
