Compute each parent's weekly gross income and deductions to available income; determine the one-child amount from Table A using the payor-only low-income region or combined available income; apply recipient/payor proportional shares, child-count factor, age factor, parenting-time path, and adjustments for health, dental/vision and child care; apply dependency-benefit credit and affordability/deviation checks.
How income is counted: Gross income from whatever source, whether or not recognized by the Internal Revenue Code or reported to a taxing authority, excluding means-tested public assistance; the guidelines separately address self-employment, overtime/secondary jobs, attribution, and Social Security dependency benefits.
