Determine combined monthly adjusted gross income, select the basic obligation for the number of children, allocate by each parent's income share, and add allocated work-related child care, health insurance, and extraordinary medical expenses. Worksheet A applies to basic visitation; Worksheet B applies to shared responsibility.
How income is counted: Gross income broadly includes income from any source under NMSA 1978 Section 40-4-11.1; the guideline worksheet applies specified deductions and may use imputed income after considering federal ability-to-pay factors.
