Meet Vireo · Early access

Two homes.
One place for the details.

Vireo is a co-parenting app for shared schedules, calmer conversations and everyday family coordination. Here is what it does, who it may help and where things stand.

Built around the everyday work of co-parenting

These features describe Vireo's early-access product. Availability can depend on the current app version and access program; this is not a promise that every feature is available in a public store release.

01

A shared custody calendar

Keep a repeating parenting schedule, holiday exceptions, events and proposed schedule changes together. Custody insights summarize recorded parenting time; they do not decide legal rights.

02

Messages with room to pause

Keep co-parenting conversations searchable. Optional AI tone assistance can suggest calmer wording before a message is sent. Review suggestions yourself; AI can miss context and make mistakes.

03

Shared expense records

Record child-related expenses, attach receipts and track requests and reimbursement status. Recording an expense does not transfer money or establish a legal obligation.

04

Smoother handoffs and routines

Use handoff lists, routines and an exchange log to keep everyday details visible across two homes, from a school bag to the next pickup.

05

Family updates in one place

Share check-ins, photos and milestones, and keep documents alongside the coordination they relate to. Choose what is appropriate to share with the other household member.

06

A plan you review before saving

Import a parenting-plan PDF as a schedule draft, then check each proposed day and holiday. Unsupported or unclear terms may need manual entry. The app does not interpret an order for you.

Clarity before commitment

Choose what fits your family

Look for a tool that makes the tasks you actually share easier. Start with calendars and messages, then consider expenses, records, accessibility and how comfortable both parents feel using it.

Vireo's focus is coordination. It is not a legal service, crisis service or substitute for professional support. If contact is unsafe or restricted, follow appropriate safety guidance and applicable orders.

Read the privacy policy, message-content policy and terms before sharing sensitive family information.

A few honest answers

Who is Vireo for?

Vireo is a co-parenting coordination app for parents raising children across two homes who want calendars, conversations, expenses and updates together. Whether shared communication is appropriate depends on your circumstances and any applicable orders.

What makes a co-parenting app a good fit?

Check the everyday tasks you both need, how records and permissions work, device access, accessibility and the actual cost. Vireo focuses on shared scheduling, searchable messages, optional tone assistance and family coordination. No app is the best fit for every family.

Can I use Vireo today, and what does it cost?

Vireo is in early access. Request access through the waitlist for availability updates. Web and mobile experiences are in development and testing. Published paid pricing is planned; paid plans are not currently available. Check the pricing section for the current status.

Can Vireo replace a lawyer or enforce a custody order?

No. Vireo organizes information and records. It does not provide legal advice, determine parenting rights, enforce orders or guarantee that a court will accept an export. Consult a qualified professional when you need legal guidance.
