Determine each parent's weekly adjusted income; combine; look up the Basic Child Support Obligation in the weekly schedule; add work-related child care, child health insurance and extraordinary expenses; allocate by each parent's income share; subtract direct expense payments and the parenting-time credit.
How income is counted: Weekly gross income is actual weekly gross income if fully employed, potential income if unemployed or underemployed, and significant in-kind benefits, including listed income from any source, less guideline deductions for qualifying children, prior support and court-ordered maintenance.
