Use JFS 07768 for sole/shared parenting or JFS 07769 for split parenting. Determine adjusted annual gross incomes, combined income and shares, select the JFS 07767 basic schedule amount, allocate it, then add child care, health insurance, cash medical support, and other worksheet adjustments.
How income is counted: Annual gross income and adjusted annual gross income are determined under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3119 and the JFS worksheet, including income from all listed sources and prescribed adjustments for other children, spousal support, and support obligations.
